急性胰腺炎患者实施超声、CT诊断的效果对比分析

摘　　要：目的研究比较急性胰腺炎患者实施超声、CT诊断的效果。方法选择我院2015年1月—2018年6月收治的90例疑似急性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象,对所有患者均实施彩色多普勒超声检查、多层螺旋CT检查,比较超声、CT对急性胰腺炎的诊断灵敏度、特异度、准确率,并比较超声、CT对不同病情急性胰腺炎的诊断符合率。结果以病理诊断结果为参照,CT对急性胰腺炎的诊断灵敏度、特异度、准确率均高于超声,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。CT对出血坏死型胰腺炎的诊断符合率高于超声,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);CT对重型急性胰腺炎的诊断符合率高于超声,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在急性胰腺炎诊断中,CT的诊断准确性优于超声,尤其是对出血坏死型胰腺炎、重型胰腺炎,其诊断优势更加显著。Objective To compare the diagnostic effect of ultrasound and CT in patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods 90 patients with suspected acute pancreatitis admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to June 2018 were selected as the study subjects.All patients were examined by color Doppler ultrasound and multi-slice spiral CT.To compare the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of ultrasonography and CT in the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis.The diagnostic coincidence rates of ultrasound and CT for acute pancreatitis in different conditions were compared.Results The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of CT in the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis were higher than those of ultrasound,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The diagnostic coincidence rate of CT for hemorrhagic necrotizing pancreatitis was higher than that of ultrasound,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The diagnostic coincidence rate of CT for severe acute pancreatitis was higher than that of ultrasound,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis,the diagnostic accuracy of CT is better than that of ultrasound,especially for hemorrhagic necrotizing pancreatitis and severe pancreatitis,and its diagnostic advantage is more significant.
