胸部刀刺伤致心脏破裂11例诊治分析

摘　　要：目的分析胸部刀刺伤致心脏破裂患者的诊治方法,为外伤性心脏破裂患者的临床救治提供参考。方法对2007年3月—2017年3月本院收入的11例胸部刀刺伤致心脏破裂患者临床资料开展回顾性分析,11例患者均予以急诊手术治疗,分析11例患者的预后和并发症情况。结果 11例患者中,1例患者手术过程中出现大出血而死亡,2例患者在手术之前由于心脏停止跳动时间过长而导致术后成为植物人,其余8例患者术后均痊愈,均未出现较为明显的并发症状况。结论对胸部刀刺伤致心脏破裂患者需要开展积极救治,促使患者的机体康复,有效挽救患者的生命。Objective To analyze the diagnosis and treatment of patients with cardiac rupture caused by thoracic knife-stab wound,and provide references for the clinical treatment of patients with traumatic cardiac rupture.Methods The clinical data of 11 patients with cardiac rupture caused by thoracic knife stabbing from March 2007 to March 2017 were analyzed retrospectively.All the 11 patients were treated by emergency operation.The prognosis and complications of 11 patients were analyzed.Results Among the 11 patients,1 died of massive hemorrhage during operation,2 patients became vegetative after operation because of the long time of cardiac arrest before operation,and the other 8 patients recovered after operation,without obvious complications.Conclusion Active treatment is needed for patients with cardiac rupture caused by thoracic knife-stab wound to promote the recovery of patients'body and effectively save their lives.
