PPH联合HCPT治疗重度环状混合痔临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨高频电容场痔疮治疗技术、吻合器痔上黏膜环切钉合术联合应用于重度环状混合痔的临床治疗价值。方法选取我院收治的90例重度环状混合痔患者作为研究对象。利用随机数字表法,将本次研究均分为研究组(n=45)与对照组(n=45)。对照组采用PPH治疗,研究组采PPH联合HCPT治疗。记录两组患者的手术情况、预后情况相关指标,将所得数据输入统计学软件后予以相应分析。结果两组患者均顺利完成相应方案外科手术治疗。对照组手术时间少于研究组,研究组术后住院时间少于对照组,组间比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术中出血量对比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);研究组术后不良反应发生率(6.67%)低于对照组(31.11%),组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论应用PPH、HCPT联合治疗重度环状混合痔有效性、安全性均较优。Objective To explore the clinical value of combined application of high-frequency capacitive field hemorrhoids treatment technology and stapler hemorrhoid mucosal ring stapling on hemorrhoids in the treatment of severe annular mixed hemorrhoids.Methods 90 cases of patients with severe circumferential mixed hemorrhoids admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects.The study was divided into study group(n=45)and control group(n=45)by random number table method.The control group was treated with PPH.The study group was treated with PPH and HCPT.The operation and prognosis of the two groups were recorded,and the data were input into the statistical software and analyzed accordingly.Results Both groups successfully completed the corresponding surgical treatment.The operation time of the control group was less than that of the study group,and the hospitalization time of the study group was less than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in intraoperative bleeding between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(6.67%)was lower than that in the control group(31.11%).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion PPH and HCPT are effective and safe in the treatment of severe annular mixed hemorrhoids.
