左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统对子宫内膜息肉的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统(曼月乐环)对子宫内膜息肉的临床效果分析。方法选取2016年3月—2017年9月我院收治的子宫内膜息肉患者100例作为研究对象。将其分为对照组与观察组,每组患者50例。对照组患者接受地屈孕酮片治疗,观察组患者在子宫内放置曼月乐环,对比两组患者在不同的治疗模式下,术后6个月、术后12个月的子宫内膜厚度、月经量PBAC评分。结果术前,观察组患者与对照组患者的子宫内膜厚度对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者术后6个月以及术后12个月的子宫内膜厚度低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);术前,两组患者的PBAC对比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);观察组患者术后6个月以及术后12个月的PBAC评分均低于对照组患者,两组患者数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组患者不良反应的发生率为6%;对照组患者不良反应的发生率为22%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05),观察组患者子宫内膜息肉的复发率为4%,对照组患者子宫内膜息肉的复发率为26%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将曼月乐环运用于我院接受治疗的子宫内膜息肉患者,可有效的降低患者子宫内膜息肉的发生率,促进患者疾病的好转,降低阴道出血、睡眠障碍、乳房胀痛等不良反应的发生率。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of levonorgestrel intrauterine contraceptive system(Manyue Loop)on endometrial polyps.Methods 100 patients with endometrial polyps admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to September 2017 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with desdrogesterone tablets.The patients in the observation group were given Manyue Loop in uterus.The endometrial thickness and the PBAC score of menstrual volume at 6 months and 12 months after operation were compared between the two groups under different treatment modes.Results Before operation,there was no significant difference in endometrial thickness between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).The endometrial thickness in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 6 months and 12 months after operation(P<0.05).Before operation,there was no significant difference in PBAC between the two groups(P>0.05).The PBAC scores of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 6 months and 12 months after operation.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 6%in the observation group and 22%in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of endometrial polyps was 4%in the observation group and 26%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It can effectively reduce the incidence of endometrial polyps,improve the patient's disease and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions such as vaginal bleeding,sleep disorder and breast distention.
