摘　　要：目的探讨临床护理干预对人工肝血浆置换治疗重症肝炎患者并发症率及HAMA评分的影响。方法选取2017年2月—2018年2月在本院进行人工肝血浆置换治疗的重症肝炎患者共86例作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组。给予临床护理干预者设定为观察组,给予常规护理干预者设定为对照组,每组43例患者。结果对照组患者的并发症发生率为25.58%,观察组为6.99%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。干预后,观察组的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分较对照组明显低,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论临床上,对重症肝炎患者行人工肝血浆置换治疗的同时,配合临床护理干预措施,可有效降低并发症发生率,改善患者焦虑程度。Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing intervention on complication rate and HAMA score of patients with severe hepatitis treated by artificial liver plasma exchange.Methods A total of 86 patients with severe hepatitis who underwent artificial liver plasma exchange from February 2017 to February 2018 in our hospital were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups.The patients who gave clinical nursing intervention were set as observation group.Routine nursing intervention was given to 43 patients in each group as control group.Results The incidence of complications was 25.58%in the control group and 6.99%in the observation group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After intervention,the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinic,artificial liver plasma exchange combined with clinical nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and improve the anxiety of patients with severe hepatitis.
