摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病专科护士应用移动互联网技术在糖尿病患者管理中的效果。方法选取2016年8月至2017年8月我院收治的108例糖尿病患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和研究组,对照组患者给予单纯糖尿病专科护士治疗,研究组患者给予糖尿病专科护士应用移动互联网技术管理。比较两组患者干预后的血糖水平,糖尿病知识掌握情况和临床效果比较。结果研究组患者干预后血糖水平低于对照组(P <0. 05),糖尿病知识掌握情况优于对照组(P <0. 05),临床效果比较优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论糖尿病专科护士应用移动互联网技术在糖尿病患者中的应用可改善患者的糖尿病水平,提高患者糖尿病知识掌握情况,提高临床效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of applying mobile Internet technology in the management of diabetes patients by nurses in diabetes specialist clinic.Methods To select 108 cases of patients with diabetes admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the study group with the same number of patients.Patients in the control group was only treated by nurses in diabetes specialist clinic.Patients in the study group was managed through mobile Internet technology applied by diabetes specialist nurses.The blood glucose levels,the knowledge of diabetes and clinical effects in the two groups after the intervention were compared.Results After the intervention,the blood glucose levels in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The knowledge of diabetes in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical effect in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05) Conclusion Application of mobile Internet technology by diabetes specialist nurses in diabetes patients can improve the condition of diabetes in patients and patients'knowledge of diabetes.In addition,it can improve the clinical effect,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
