摘 要:近年来,中国政府部门大力支持和推动基础设施建设的PPP融资模式。由于PPP融资模式有关理论研究和实际经验探索的持续深入,它的地位也在逐步得到提升。然而,与国外发达国家相比,中国的PPP融资模式仍处于起步阶段,仍有许多问题亟待解决。以杭州湾跨海大桥PPP模型为例,分析杭州湾跨海大桥PPP模式中的缺陷,并在此基础上提出相应对策,以期为加快城市基础设施建设和有效运行提供参考。In recent years,Chinese government departments have strongly supported and promoted the PPP financing model for infrastructure construction.Due to the continuous deepening of theoretical research and practical experience exploration of the PPP financing model,its status has gradually improved.However,compared with foreign developed countries,China’s PPP financing model is still in its infancy,and there are still many problems to be solved.Taking the PPP model of Hangzhou Bay Bridge as an example,the defects of PPP mode of Hangzhou Bay Bridge are analyzed.Based on this,corresponding countermeasures are proposed to provide reference for accelerating urban infrastructure construction and effective operation.
