摘 要:盆式绝缘子的损伤情况直接影响到气体绝缘组合开关设备的运行,因此对其进行无损检测是评价其工作情况的有效手段。采用有限元仿真的方法,对其建立了有限元模型,然后根据相应理论知识求出其频散方程,最终绘制其相应的频散曲线,从而对超声导波在盆式绝缘子中的传播、衰减以及模态转换等现象进行了相应的研究,并且针对盆式绝缘子中的缺陷采用超声导波的方法进行相应的检测。研究结果表明,该方法可以准确地获得缺陷的位置和缺陷的大小,很大程度上提高了对于盆式绝缘子检测的准确性,对盆式绝缘子的无损检测具有良好的应用前景。Basin insulator damage has a direct impact on the operation of the gas insulation combination switch equipment.Therefore,it is an effective means to evaluate its working condition by nondestructive testing.This article adopts the method of finite element simulation of the finite element model is established,and then according to the dispersion to calculate the corresponding equation theory knowledge,finally draws the corresponding dispersion curves,thus the ultrasonic guided wave propagation and attenuation in the basin insulator and the phenomenon such as modal transformation of the corresponding research,and in view of the deficiency in the basin insulator adopts the method of ultrasonic guided wave testing accordingly.The results show that the method can accurately obtain the location and size of the defect,greatly improve the accuracy of the basin insulator detection,and have a good application prospect for the basin insulator nondestructive detection.
