摘　　要：介绍了鞍钢股份有限公司炼铁总厂二烧360 m2烧结机原料供应系统存在的问题。通过对原料供应系统采取工艺配置改进、建设鞍千精矿管道输送及烧结现场过滤系统、除尘输灰系统改进及自动化升级改造措施,解决了制约二烧生产质量的关键问题,为高炉提供了更加稳定、优质的烧结矿。The troubles with the raw materials supplying system of the 360 m^2 sintering machine in No.2 Sintering Plant of General Ironmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.were introduced.By taking measures such as improving the process configuration of the system,building the Anqian pipeline transportation system for iron ore concentrates and the filtration system for sintering in production field,improving the dedusting and dust-conveying system and upgrading the automation system,the key troubles that influenced the quality of sintered ores prepared by No.2 Sintering Plant were shot.Thereby the sintered ores with much more stable quality and high grade were available for ironmaking in BF.
