黄连温胆汤治疗心律失常型心悸病研究

摘　　要：《六因条辨》中指出黄连温胆汤可用于治疗胆失清净、痰热内扰之证。临证上可应用于失眠、心悸、胃痞等属痰热内郁,气机失调者。临床上,心悸是心律失常的常见症状,而痰热型心悸是临床较常见心律失常证型之一,且痰热常与血瘀相结合,从而形成痰热瘀血共同致病的情况。本文主要探讨黄连温胆汤治疗心律失常型心悸病的临床作用。In the"Six-Bone Discrimination",it is pointed out that Huanglian Wendan Decoction can be used to treat the symptoms of bile loss and heat and internal disturbance.Clinical evidence can be applied to insomnia,heart palpitations,stomach cramps and other genital stagnation,gas dysfunction.Clinically,palpitations are common symptoms of arrhythmia,and sputum-type palpitations are one of the more common types of arrhythmia syndrome in clinical practice,and sputum fever often combines with blood stasis,thus forming a common cause of phlegm and blood stasis.This article mainly discusses the clinical role of Huanglian Wendan Decoction in the treatment of arrhythmogenic heart disease.
