摘  要:介绍了盐酸法湿法磷酸的工艺流程,重点阐述了盐酸法湿法磷酸工业化生产所需解决的磷酸萃取净化、氯化钙副产物资源化利用和设备腐蚀的技术难点。并分析了盐酸法在国内尚未实现工业化生产的原因。最后指出,盐酸法湿法磷酸兼具成本低、对磷矿品位要求低、副产物氯化钙易于资源化利用等优点,随着环保要求日趋严格,将会迅速受到重视和推广应用。The technological process of wet-process phosphoric acid production by using hydrochloric acid is introduced.Extraction purification of phosphoric acid,resource utilization of calcium chloride by-product and equipment corrosion are technical difficulties in the production,so they are emphatically described.Moreover,the reason why hydrochloric acid method failed to achieve large-scale industrial production is also analyzed.Finally,it is pointed out that the hydrochloric acid method has advantages of low cost,low requirement of phosphate grade,easy utilization of by-product calcium chloride and so on.With the increasingly strict environmental protection requirements,hydrochloric acid method will get more attention and be more widely applied.
