摘　　要：目的探讨关节腔内注射透明质酸联合康复锻炼干预治疗膝骨性关节炎(KOA)的效果。方法选取2016年7月～2017年12月骨科门诊就诊KOA患者84例,随机分为干预组和对照组。对照组给予透明质酸膝关节腔内注射2 mL/次,1次/周。干预组在对照组基础上结合康复锻炼干预。两组均连用5周。比较两组治疗前和治疗5周后KOA临床症状和膝关节功能的变化,并分析其临床效果。结果治疗5周后,两组WOMAC评分和JOA评分较前分别显著下降或显著上升(P<0.01或P<0.05),且干预组变化幅度较对照组更明显(P<0.05)。同时干预组临床总有效率为95.24%,明显优于对照组的80.95%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.09,P<0.05)。结论 KOA予以关节腔内注射透明质酸联合康复锻炼干预的治疗效果肯定,能更明显缓解患者的临床症状,改善关节功能。Objective To discuss the curative effect of hyaluronic acid injected into joint cavity combined with intervention exercise intervention on knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods 84 cases with KOA during July 2016 to December 2017 were randomLy divided into intervention group and control group.The patients in control group were given 2 mL hyaluronic acid injected into joint cavity per time,once a week,while the patients in observation group were additionally given combined intervention exercise intervention for 5 weeks for two groups.The changes of KOA symptom and knee joint function of patients in two groups were observed before and after 5 weeks’treatment,and the clinical curative effect was evaluated as well.Results After 5 weeks’treatment,the WOMAC scores of patients in two groups significantly declined,while the JOA scores significantly rose(P<0.01 or P<0.05),and the change rates in observation group were much higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the total clinical efficiency of patients in intervention group(95.24%)was much higher than that in control group(80.95%)(χ^2=4.09,P<0.05).Conclusion The hyaluronic acid injected into joint cavity combined with intervention exercise intervention has reliable curative effect on KOA,which can obviously release the clinical symptoms and improve joint function.
