微信随访在人工全膝关节置换术后患者遵医服药中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨微信随访对人工全膝关节置换术后患者遵医服药行为的影响。方法收集长治医学院附属和平医院骨科2015年6月～2018年6月行人工全膝关节置换术(TKA)的患者120例作为研究对象。采用计算机随机数字表法,将患者分为对照组(60例)和实验组(60例)。对照组采用电话随访,实验组在电话随访的基础上再加入微信随访的内容。在患者出院后的第1周、2周、4周分别采用Morisky量表评价患者的服药依从性。结果实验组出院后的第1周、2周、4周时进行的Morisky量表评分均高于对照组。采用重复测量的双因素方差分析,在第1周无显著性差异,第2周虽有差异,但差异无统计学意义,第4周有显著性差异。结论人工全膝关节置换术后患者微信随访相较于电话随访更能有效维持患者的术后服药遵医行为,从而保证减少人工全膝关节置换术(TKA)后患者并发症的发生及顺利康复。Objective To explore the effect of WeChat follow-up on the compliance behavior of patients after total knee arthroplasty.Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent total knee arthroplasty(TKA)in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2018 were enrolled.The patients were divided into control group(60 cases)and experimental group(60 cases)by computer random number table method.The control group was followed up by telephone,and the experimental group were additionally followed up by WeChat besides telephone follow-up.The Morisky scale was used to evaluate the patient's medication compliance on the 1st,2nd,and 4th week after the patient was discharged.Results The Morisky scale scores of the experimental group were higher than those in the control group on the 1st,2nd,and 4th week after discharge.Two-way analysis of variance of repeated measures showed no significant difference at the first week,a difference but not statistically significant at the 2nd week,and a statistically significant difference at the fourth week(P<0.05).Conclusion The follow-up of WeChat after total knee arthroplasty is more effective than the telephone follow-up to maintain the patient's post-operative medication compliance behavior,thus ensuring the recovery and reducing complications after total knee arthroplasty(TKA).
