热敏灸与温针灸治疗肩背部肌筋膜疼痛综合征的随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的评价热敏灸与温针灸治疗肩背部肌筋膜疼痛综合征的临床疗效。方法选择我院2016年5月～2018年5月康复科收治的肩背部肌筋膜疼痛综合征患者117例为本次研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组58例与观察组59例。对照组采取温针灸疗法,观察组采取热敏灸疗法,对比两组患者疼痛改善情况及复发情况。结果治疗前两组患者PRI、PPI、VAS积分值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组积分值明显优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后两组间积分值比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组间治疗有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组复发率(3.39%)明显低于对照组(15.52%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热敏灸与温针灸治疗肩背部肌筋膜疼痛综合征疗效显著、确切,但热敏灸短期复发率较低,说明其短期疗效显著,值得临床应用与推广。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of thermal moxibustion and warm acupuncture in the treatment of shoulder and back myofascial pain syndrome.Methods 117 patients with shoulder and back myofascial pain syndrome admitted to our department from May 2016 to May 2018 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,58 patients were divided into the control group and 59 patients into the observation group.The control group was treated with warm acupuncture and the observation group was treated with thermal moxibustion.The improvement and recurrence of pain in the two groups were compared.Results There were no significant differences in PRI,PPI and VAS scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The scores after treatment were significantly better than those before treatment(P<0.05),but there was still no statistically significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate was significantly lower in the observation group(3.39%)than in the control group(15.52%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Therapeutic effects of thermal moxibustion and warm acupuncture on shoulder and back myofascial pain syndrome are both significant and definite,but the short-term recurrence rate is lower in thermal moxibustion,indicating that the short-term curative effect of thermal moxibustion is more significant,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
