创伤严重度评分在严重外伤患者院前急救护理中的应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的对创伤严重度评分在严重外伤患者院前急救护理中的应用价值进行研究。方法选取2017年1～12月期间收治的104例严重外伤患者,随机分为对照组(n=49)与治疗组(n=55),对照组施以常规急救护理模式,治疗组在上述基础上联合创伤严重度评分,对两组患者预后、抢救时间、护理质量评分进行比较。结果治疗组患者预后治愈率89.09%、抢救时间(51.67±16.72)min、护理评分(8.02±1.00)分均优于对照组治愈率69.39%、抢救时间(75.80±23.98)min、护理评分(5.98±1.45)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论创伤严重度评分在严重外伤患者院前急救护理中的应用具有重要作用,可对护理质量行有效提升。Objective To study the value of trauma severity score in pre-hospital emergency nursing for patients with severe trauma.Methods 104 severe trauma patients admitted from January to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=49)and treatment group(n=55).The control group was given routine emergency care,and the treatment group was combined with the trauma severity score.The prognosis,rescue time,and quality of care scores of the two groups were compared.Results The cure rate of the treatment group was 89.09%,the rescue time was(51.67±16.72)min,and the nursing score was(8.02±1.00),which were higher than the 69.39%,(75.80±23.98)min,and(5.98±1.45)in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of trauma severity score has an important role in the pre-hospital emergency care for patients with severe trauma,which can effectively improve the quality of nursing.
