摘 要:目的分析品管圈在提高危重症患者电子护理文书合格率中的应用效果。方法以我科2017年1月~2018年6月的20名护理人员作为观察对象,采用自身前、后对照实验设计,比较品管圈实施前、后电子护理文书书写合格率、认知度、书写时间。结果与实施前相比较,品管圈实施后护理人员电子护理文书书写合格率及认知度得分更高(P<0.05),而书写时间则明显更短(P<0.05)。结论品管圈能有效改善护理人员对危重症患者电子护理文书的认知情况,从而提高书写合格率,并缩短书写时间。Objective To analyze the application effect of the quality control circle in improving the qualified rate of electronic nursing documents for critically ill patients.Methods The 20 nursing staff from January 2017 to June 2018 in our department were selected as observation objects.The design of before and after control was used to compare the qualified rate,cognition degree,and writing time of the electronic nursing documents before and after the application of quality control circle.Results After the application of quality control circle,the qualified rate and cognition degree were higher than those before(P<0.05),while the writing time was significantly shortened(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality control circle can effectively improve the cognition of nursing staff on the electronic nursing documents of critically ill patients,thereby improving the qualified rate and shortening the writing time.
