辅助用药的规范化管理

摘　　要：辅助用药种类繁多,尚缺乏明确的使用规范。本院以调查问卷、查阅病史、讨论分析、咨询专家等方式确定辅助用药范围,通过制订辅助治疗用药目录,建立辅助用药的评价和追踪机制,发挥药事委员会的管理职能,充分结合本院临床药师在用药审核和指导方面的作用,同时加强信息化管理,使辅助治疗用药品种、金额都较大幅度下降。有效避免辅助用药滥用,促进合理用药,控制药费的不合理增长,提升医疗质量与安全。There are many kinds of adjuvant medicines,without clear guidelines for use.Our hospital determines the scope of adjuvant medicines by questionnaires,consulting medical history,discussing and analyzing,consulting experts and so on.By formulating the catalogue of adjuvant medicines and establishing the evaluation and tracking mechanism of the drugs,we can give full play to the function of the Pharmaceutical Commission,exert the role of clinical pharmacists in drug examination and guidance,and strengthen the information system.The measures have greatly reduced the variety and cost of adjuvant treatment drugs,effectively avoided abuse of adjuvant drugs,promoted rational drug use,controlled the unreasonable growth of drug costs,and further improved the quality and safety of medical treatment.
