摘　　要：目的上海市"专科医师规范化培训"自2013年开展以来,得到各医院的高度重视并取得一定的效果,调查旨在研究某三甲医院在培的"住院医师规范化培训"学员,对专科医师规范化培训及与博士学位衔接的专科医师规范化培训政策("5+3+x")的认知情况,以及住院医师规范化培训结束后,是否继续参加专科医师规范化培训的情况等,以期为专科医师规范化培训政策的实施和改进提供政策参考。方法对医院在培的住院医师规范化培训学员233个样本,进行问卷调查,并用SAS系统进行数据分析。结果调查显示,大多数在培的住院医师规范化培训学员对与博士学位衔接的专科医师规范化培训政策基本了解,但对内涵方面的了解还有待进一步深化;在职业规划中,多数会选择参加专科医师规范化培训,并且大多数"四证合一"学员和硕士学历学员积极考虑继续进行"5+3+x",但还需要政策的进一步支持。结论一方面通过加强培训基地的建设和加强社会及舆论参与,提高对专科医师规范化培训意义的认知;另一方面,通过加强政府相关部门的协作,进一步完善政策,使专科医师规范化培训政策特别是与博士学位衔接的专规培政策得到大力推广和实施,使毕业后医学教育得到良性发展,建立有发展后劲的医师育人机制。Objective Standardized training of specialist doctors in Shanghai has been highly valued and fruitfully achieved by hospitals of all levels since its launch in 2013.With the trainees in the standardized training for residents in a tertiary hospital as its subjects,this study aims to investigate their knowledge of the standardized training for specialists and the 5+3+x training policy and whether they would continue to participate in the standardized training for specialists after the completion of the standardized training for residents,thus providing reference for the implementation and improvement of the specialist training policy.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 225 trainees in the standardized training for residents.The data were analyzed by SAS system.Results The survey showed that most resident trainees in training had a basic understanding of the policy,which serves as a bridge to doctoral degrees,but their knowledge of its detailed contents needs deepening.For their career development,most trainees would choose to further participate in the standardized training of specialists.Most of the four-certificates-in-one students and postgraduate students would probably continue their training to the“5+3+x”phase,but further policy support is needed.Conclusion On the one hand,the awareness of the significance of standardized training for specialists should be raised by strengthening the construction of training bases and the participation of social media.On the other hand,the policy should be optimized by enhancing the cooperation among the authorities concerned,so as to further promote and effectively implement the policy of the standardized training for specialists,especially the policy of standardized training for bridging the doctoral degrees.These measures will promote the sound development of post-graduate medical education and of the vigorous mechanism of an education system with driving momentum.
