摘　　要：目的了解福建省医务社会工作和志愿服务工作开展现状,为构建福建省医院医务社会志愿服务管理体系和模式提供合理的现实依据。方法设计调查问卷,对福建省134家二级以上公立医院医务社会工作和志愿服务的人员机构、组织建设及服务内容进行调查。结果被调查医院中44.02%的医院开展医务社会工作,90.29%的医院开展医务志愿服务活动,共有123名专职医务社会工作者,77名专职志愿服务工作者,30 062名注册志愿者,1 487名活跃志愿者。结论各级医院应建立健全医务社会工作管理制度体系,壮大医务社会工作专业人才队伍,不断创新服务模式,有序推进医务社会工作。Objective To investigate the current situation of medical social work and volunteer service of Fujian Province and to provide a reasonable basis for constructing the management system and mode for medical social work and volunteer service in Fujian Province.Methods The questionnaire was designed to investigate the organization structure and service contents of medical social work and volunteer service in 134 public tertiary and secondary hospitals from Fujian Province.Results 44.02%of the hospitals in the survey carried out medical social work,and 90.29%carried out medical volunteer service.According to the results,there were 123 full-time medical social workers,77 full-time volunteer workers,30062 registered volunteers and 1487 active volunteers in total.Conclusion Hospitals at all levels should establish and improve the management system of medical social work,expand the professional team,innovate the service mode continuously,and promote the medical social work in an orderly way.
