品管圈在规范心电监护报警设置中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈在提高心电监护报警设置规范率中的作用与效果。方法以"提高心电监护报警设置规范率"为主题,对该科室2017年4—5月心电监护报警设置情况进行现状调查,分析心电监护报警设置不规范的原因,制定活动计划,设定目标,制定对策,并于2017年6月开始实施,并进行效果确认。结果品管圈活动前,心电监护报警设置规范率为32.28%;品管圈活动后规范率为73.80%;两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈对提高心电监护报警设置规范率具有良好的效果,便于医护人员及时掌握患者病情的动态变化,从而保障患者安全。Objective To explore the role and effect of quality control circle in improving the standard rate of ECG monitoring alarm setting.Methods Based on the theme of“Improving the standard rate of ECG monitoring and alarm setting”,the current situation of the ECG monitoring and alarm setting in the department from April to May 2017 was investigated,and the reasons for the irregular setting of the ECG monitoring alarm were analyzed.Goals and develop countermeasures were set and implemented in June 2017 and the results were confirmed.Results Before the quality control circle activities,the standard rate of ECG monitoring alarm setting was 32.28%;the standard rate after quality control circle activity was 73.80%;the two were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality control circle has a good effect on improving the standardization rate of ECG monitoring alarms,so that medical personnel can grasp the dynamic changes of patients'conditions in time to ensure patients'safety.
