摘 要:加快培养大批合格的全科医生,已经成为我国推进医改、建立分级诊疗制度的关键点,而实践中全科医生队伍的稳定性面临挑战。该文在借鉴职业认同相关理论的基础上,从全科医生的工作实践出发,探讨全科医生职业认同的理论结构,以期为提高全科医生职业认同水平、稳定全科医生队伍提供理论依据。Accelerating the training of a large number of qualified general practitioners has become a key point in promoting medical reform and establishing a graded diagnosis and treatment system in China.In practice,the stability of the general practitioner team is facing challenges.Based on the theory of professional identity,this paper explores the theoretical structure of general practitioners'professional identity from the practice of general practitioners,in order to provide a theoretical basis for improving the professional identity of general practitioners and stabilizing the general practitioner team.
