摘 要:风机齿轮箱中轴承和齿面的磨损是齿轮箱最常见的累积故障,当齿轮箱中的系统部件的累积磨损达到一定量时就会严重威胁到整个风电机组的正常运行,甚至大大降低其使用寿命。基于光谱分析技术对风机齿轮箱进行维护策略的研究,依据设备的不同累积磨损情况建立3种不同维护方式下的齿轮箱的维护策略,基于概率模型建立齿轮箱系统的时间成本模型,以最少维护时间成本为优化目标,利用蒙泰卡罗方法模拟设备随机衰退过程对巡检周期进行仿真,仿真结果表明提出的方案可行且有效。The wear of bearing and gear surface is the most common cumulative failure of wind gearbox,which will seriously threaten the normal operation of the whole wind turbine,and even greatly reduce its service life when the cumulative wear of wind gearbox reaches a certain amount.The maintenance strategy of wind turbine was studied based on the spectrum analysis technology.The maintenance strategies were established according to the different cumulative wear of each device and based on the operation and maintenance criteria of wind turbine gearbox system.The time cost model of gearbox systems was established based on probability model.With the minimum maintenance time cost as the optimization goal,the Monte Carlo method was used to simulate the random degradation process of the equipment.The simulation shows that method is feasible and effective.
