摘 要:试验以21日龄的公番鸭为研究对象,分别采用孔径为1.5、2.0、2.5 mm筛片粉碎高粱和皮大麦,配制含不同粉碎粒径的高粱或皮大麦日粮,探讨不同粉碎粒径高粱和皮大麦对肉鸭生产性能的影响。试验结果表明:随着粉碎机筛片孔径增大,高粱、皮大麦的平均粒径、粉碎机的粉碎效率逐渐升高,粉碎机吨电耗逐渐降低,日粮颗粒硬度也随之降低。1.5、2.0、2.5 mm筛片粉碎的高粱平均粒径为241、311、318μm,皮大麦平均粒径为288、349、403μm,皮大麦较高粱粒径变化幅度更大。高粱(318μm对比241、311μm)、皮大麦(403μm对比288、349μm)粒径过大对料重比有显著的负面影响(P<0.05)。较细粉碎粒径的高粱和皮大麦(241~311、288~349μm)更利于肉鸭生产性能发挥。Twenty one-day old Muscovy ducks were selected to investigate the effect of sorghum and barley particle size on growth performance of duck. Sorghum and barley were crushed with 1.5, 2.0, 2.5 mm aperture sieve to formulate experimental diets for feeding trial. The results showed that particle sizes of sorghum and barley and crushing efficiency increased, power consumption per ton feed and pellet quality of feed decreased as the aperture sieve increased. The average particle sizes of sorghum and barley were 241, 311, 318 μm and 288, 349, 403 μm respectively while crushed with 1.5, 2.0, 2.5 mm aperture sieve, and particle size of sorghum changed bigger than barley. Excessive large particle size (sorghum: 318 μm v.s. 241 μm, 311 μm; barley: 403 μm v.s 288 μm, 349 μm) had a significant negative impact on body weight gain and feed conversion rate(P<0.05). It was concluded that relative smaller particle sizes of sorghum and barley (241~311, 288~349 μm) were better for growth performance in duck.
