攀枝花市养老机构护理人员对老年慢性病用药监护的调查研究

摘　　要：目的了解养老机构老年慢性病用药监护情况。方法采用自制量表,于2018年7月—8月对攀枝花市10家养老机构的32名护理人员进行调查与访谈。结果养老机构护理人员对老年慢性病用药监护情况总体得分范围34～75分,平均分(60.88±13.92)分,得分率76.10%,处于中等水平。得分率较低的条目主要是:"讲解药物的不良反应及防治措施"(76.5%)、"讲解药物的用药注意事项"(76.5%)、"告知擅自减量、停药或更换药物对疾病的危害"(76.5%)、"如何识别假药和劣药"(70.3%)、"药物之间的相互作用"(75.0%)、"药物的副作用"(76.5%)、"药物的禁忌证"(76.5%)、"患者对哪些药物过敏"(76.5%)。结论本市养老机构老年慢性病用药监护情况处于中等水平,应加强护理人员对老年慢性病用药知识的培训,提高养老机构对老年慢性病患者用药监护质量,有利于养老机构向老年人提供更优质的服务。Objective To keep abreast of medication monitoring of elderly patients with chronic diseases in nursing institutions.Methods A self-made scale was used to investigate and interview 32 nursing staff from 10 nursing institutions in Panzhihua city from July to August 2018.Results The overall score assessing the medication monitoring of elderly patients with chronic diseases by nursing staff ranged from 34~75 points,averaging 60.88±13.92 points,earning a scoring rate of 76.10%,which was at a medium level.Items with relatively low scoring rate mainly include:“explanation on the adverse reactions and prevention measures of drugs”(76.5%),“explanation on precautions for drug use”(76.5%),“notification on the hazard for unauthorized reduction,withdrawal or change of drugs"(76.5%),"identification of counterfeit and inferior drugs"(70.3%),"interactions between drugs"(75.0%),"side effects of drugs"(76.5%),"contraindications of drugs"(76.5%),and"drug allergies in patients"(76.5%).Conclusion The medication monitoring of elderly patients with chronic diseases in nursing institutions in the city is at a medium level.It is necessary to strengthen the training of nursing staff on the knowledge of chronic drug use in the elderly and improve the quality of medication monitoring on elderly patients with chronic diseases in nursing institutions,which is conducive to providing better service to the elderly in nursing institutions.
