摘　　要：为提高客运站调车作业计划编制的效率,确保调车工作准确高效,针对大连站的客调命令解读和调车作业计划编制的工作特性,分析系统功能需求,建立基于B/S结构的客调命令解读系统,并对系统实现的总体架构、功能结构及主要技术特点进行研究。该系统实现了客调命令的自动解读,调车作业计划由原有的人工编制向计算机辅助编制转变,对于提升大连站和沈阳站生产计划的自动化和智能化水平有促进作用,可以为其他客运站提供参考。In order to improve the efficiency of the shunting operation plan of passenger stations and ensure the accurate and efficient shunting work,this paper analyzed the functional requirements of the Dalian Railway Station based on the interpretation of the passenger dispatching order and the working characteristics of the shunting operation plan,established the passenger dispatching order interpretation system based on the B/S structure,and studied the overall framework,functional structure and main technical features of the system.The system implemented the automatic interpretation of the passenger dispatching order.The shunting operation plan changed from the original manual compilation to the computer-aided compilation,which promoted the automation and intelligence level of the production plan for Dalian Railway Station and Shenyang Railway Station,and can provide reference for other passenger stations.
