摘　　要：将科技查新数据库引入到新兴产业的识别中,并辅以学术论文、专利和统计年鉴等多源数据进行内容分析和关联分析,探讨新兴产业发展的趋势,指出新兴产业的细分领域,研究新兴产业的政策需求,支撑政府的产业决策,并对湖北省光电子信息产业进行实证分析。This paper introduces Sci-tech Novelty Retrieval database into the identification of emerging industries,and supplements the multi-source data such as academic papers,patents and statistical yearbooks for analyzes the development trend of emerging industries,points out the segmentation of emerging industries,studies the policy needs of emerging industries and supports the government’s industrial decision-making.Finally,we use the optoelectronic information industry in Hubei Province to study the empirical analysis.
