摘  要:以软木粒子为主要原料,聚氨酯胶黏剂为粘结剂压制软木地板,探究热压温度、热压时间、施胶量对软木地板回弹率、抗拉强度、初始压缩度及残留压缩度等物理力学性能的影响规律,进而为改善软木制品质量、提高生产效率提供理论基础。研究结果表明,软木地板热压工艺参数为:热压温度120℃,热压时间12 min,施胶量9%,此优化工艺条件下热压的软木地板各项物理力学性能均满足相关国家标准要求。In this paper, polyurethane adhesive was used as the binder to press the cork floor using cork particles as the main raw material, which investigated the influence of hot pressing temperature, hot pressing time, and the amount of glue on physical and mechanical properties of cork flooring, such as the rebound rate, tensile strength, initial compression and residual compression, to provide a theoretical basis for improving the quality of cork products and production efficiency. The results showed that the optimal softwood floor parameters of the hot pressing temperature, hot pressing time, and sizing amount were 120 ℃, 12 min, 9%,respectively. In addition, under this process, the physical and mechanical properties of hot pressed cork flooring condition met the relevant national standards.
