摘　　要：道路客运不仅关乎民生也影响社会发展,信访作为一种最基本的诉求表达问题的方式,就成为人们反映、解决交通运输问题和矛盾的主要渠道和首要选择。结合连云港市道路客运行业管理实际,阐述了连云港市道路客运行业信访的现状、类型、特点,分析了信访问题产生的原因,进而提出了预防和解决道路客运行业信访问题的对策建议。Road passenger transport is not only related to people’s livelihood but also affects social development.As a basic way of expression and problem solving,letters and visits have become the main channel and primary choice for people to reflect and solve transportation problems and contradictions.Based on the management practice of road passenger transport industry in Lianyungang city,this paper expounds the current situation,types and characteristics of road passenger transport industry in Lianyungang city,analyses the causes of letter access problems,and then puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for preventing and solving the problem of road passenger transport industry letter access.
