摘　　要：[目的]构建加速康复外科住院病人满意度调查表,并对其进行信效度检验,为评价加速康复外科病区服务质量提供客观测量工具。[方法]通过文献研究、德尔菲(Delphi)专家咨询法初步制定加速康复外科住院病人满意度调查表,并进行预调查。采用便利抽样法向某三级甲等医院加速康复外科病区病人221例发放调查问卷,并对其进行信度和效度检验。[结果]经专家咨询及预调查,最终形成包含4个因子17个条目的量表,总量表的内部一致性信度(Cronbach′sα系数)为0.907,各因子的Cronbach′sα系数为0.719～0.843;分半信度分别为0.868和0.817,两部分间的相关系数为0.667。采用主成分分析法提取出4个公因子,累积贡献率为63.662%。各因子间Pearson相关系数为0.237～0.402,各因子与量表总分的Pearson相关系数为0.216～1.000。[结论]初步形成了信效度较好的加速康复外科住院病人满意度调查表,为加速康复外科病区临床护理工作的评价提供良好的测评工具。Objective:To construct a questionnaire on the satisfaction of inpatients in fast track surgery and test its reliability and validity to provide an objective measurement tool for evaluating the service quality of patients in fast track surgery.Methods:Through literature research and Delphi expert consultation,the questionnaire on the satisfaction of inpatients in fast track surgery was preliminarily developed,and the convenience sampling method was used for the preliminary investigation.Questionnaires were distributed to fast track surgery ward in a third grade A hospital,and its reliability and validity were tested.Results:After expert consultation and preliminary investigation,a scale consisting of 4 factors and 17 items was finally formed.The internal consistency reliability(Cronbach′s alpha coefficient)of the total table was 0.907,and the Cronbach′s alpha coefficients of all factors were 0.719-0.843.The sub-semi-reliability was 0.868 and 0.817 respectively,and the correlation coefficient between the two parts was 0.667.Four common factors were extracted by principal component analysis,and the cumulative contribution rate was 63.662%.Pearson′s correlation coefficients among all factors were 0.237~0.402,and the pearson′s correlation coefficient between all factors and the total score of the scale was 0.216~1.000.Conclusions:A questionnaire on the satisfaction of inpatients in fast track surgery with good reliability and validity was initially formed,which provided a good evaluation tool for the evaluation of clinical nursing work in fast track surgery ward.
