摘　　要：标准化战略日益受到各国的重视,近年来,随着健康中国建设提升至国家战略,在实施健康中国战略作为国家发展基本方略的大背景下,卫生标准作为卫生领域现代治理体系的重要技术支撑,在实施健康中国战略中的作用凸显。文章通过回顾国内外标准化战略和近年来健康相关领域卫生标准相关规划等内容,对健康中国战略下的卫生标准顶层设计进行梳理,分析在国家标准化体系建设及健康中国战略层面对卫生标准提出的相应要求,以进一步完善卫生标准体系建设,更好的发挥卫生标准在卫生与健康事业发展中的作用,助力健康中国战略的实施。The standardization strategy has been paid great attention all over the world.In recent years,with the development of Healthy China as a national strategy,implement of Healthy China strategy is now considered to be the basic strategy for national development.As an important technical support for modern governance system in the health field,health standards have played pivtal roles in Healthy China strategy.Thus,in the present study,the top-level design of health standards under the Healthy China strategy was sorted out by reviewing the domestic and international standardization strategies and the relevant plans for health standards in health-related fields in recent years.The corresponding changes in the national standardization system and the requirements of Healthy China strategic was also analysed to improve the construction of health standards system,which will work better in facilitating the healthy development and implementation of the Healthy China strategy.
