摘 要:目的对菏泽市198台医用CT机的性能及其影像质量问题进行分析,提高医用CT机影像质量和医疗诊断水平。方法依据国家标准对198台医用CT机进行质量控制检测,并对其定位光精度、剂量指数、均匀性、噪音、CT值、高对比分辨力、层厚偏差、低对比分辨力及床定位精度等检测结果进行分析。结果菏泽市198台医用CT机的质量控制检测合格率为78.2%,定位光精度合格率为95.4%,剂量指数合格率为85.2%,均匀性合格率为86.1%,CT值合格率为92.6%、高对比分辨力合格率为94.4%和96.3%,层厚偏差合格率为92.8%和90.1%、低对比分辨力合格率为88.9%及床定位精度合格率为98.1%。结论通过定期对医用CT机进行质量控制检测,可有效减少CT机故障发生,保障CT机正常运行,在保障CT机影像质量的同时尽可能减少患者的受照剂量,减轻对患者的伤害,提高医疗质量。Objective To analyze the performance and image quality of 198 medical CT machine in Heze city,so as to improve the CT image quality and the level of medical diagnosis.Methods The quality control of 198 medical CT machines was carried out according to the national standard,and the accuracy,dose index,uniformity,noise,CT value,high contrast resolution,layer thickness deviation,low contrast resolution and bed positioning accuracy were analyzed.Results The qualified rate of quality control of 198 medical CT machines in Heze city was 78.2%,the qualified rate of positioning light accuracy was 95.4%and the qualified rate of dose index was 85.2%.The qualified rate of uniformity was 86.1%,the qualified rate of CT value was 92.6%,the qualified rate of high contrast resolution was 94.4%and 96.3%,and the pass rate of thickness deviation was 92.8%and 90.1%.The qualification rate of low contrast resolution and bed positioning accuracy was 88.9%and 98.1%respectively.Conclusion The quality control of medical CT machine can effectively reduce the failure of CT machine and ensure the normal operation of CT machine.At the same time,the CT image quality can be reduced as much as possible,the injury to the patients can be alleviated,and the quality of medical treatment can be improved.
