探讨低温真空干燥柜在精密管腔器械中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨低温真空干燥柜在精密管腔器械中的应用。方法将我院消毒供应中心2017年6—11月手工清洗后需放入低温干燥柜进行干燥的精密管腔器械平均分为两组,该两组精密管腔器械均用高压气枪对着腔隙吹约5 s,并用高压气枪将表面的水珠吹散均匀后分别放入普通低温干燥柜和低温真空干燥柜进行干燥。实验组放入低温真空干燥柜,温度设置为50℃、时间为25 min,对照组放入普通低温干燥柜,温度设置为50℃、时间为25 min。观察两组精密管腔器械在规定时间内的干燥程度,无水分残留为合格。结果实验组总合格率为93.95%(1 676/1 784),明显高于对照组的总合格率为48.86%(867/1 784),P<0.05。结论对精密管腔器械进行干燥过程中,低温真空干燥柜的干燥程度优于普通低温干燥柜,低温真空干燥柜运用于精密管腔器械的干燥能够保障器械的质量,提高消毒供应中心的护理质量。Objective To explore the application of low temperature vacuum drying cabinet in precision piping medical instruments.Methods The precision piping medical instruments that need to be placed in the low temperature drying cabinet after manual cleaning of sterilization supply center in our hospital from June to November 2017 were equally divided into two groups.High-pressure air gun was used to blow the cavity for about 5 s in the two sets of precision piping medical instruments.Water droplets on the surface were blown off the and the instruments were put into an ordinary low-temperature drying cabinet and a low-temperature vacuum drying cabinet for drying.The experimental group was placed in lowtemperature vacuum drying cabinet,with the temperature and time of 50℃and 25 min.The control group was placed in a common low-temperature drying cabinet,with 5℃0 for 25 min.Drying degree of the two sets was observed within specified time,and no water residue was acceptable.Results The total qualified rate of the experimental group was 93.95%(1 676/1 784),which was significantly higher than 48.86%(867/1 784),that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion During the drying process of precision piping medical instruments,the drying degree of low temperature vacuum drying cabinet is better than that of ordinary low temperature drying cabinet.The drying of low temperature vacuum drying cabinet for precision piping medical instruments can guarantee the quality of equipment and improve the caring quality of sterilization supply center.
