痛血康胶囊治疗骨关节炎和软组织损伤的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨痛血康胶囊治疗骨关节炎和软组织损伤的临床效果。方法选取2017年1～12月10个地区20余家医院门诊收治的994例原发性骨关节炎、软组织损伤患者作为研究对象,所有患者均给予痛血康胶囊口服进行治疗。比较治疗前、治疗15 d、治疗30 d后患者的疼痛程度、骨关节炎患者WOMAC骨关节炎指数的变化情况以及软组织损伤患者的临床症状评分变化情况,并观察治疗期间的不良反应发生情况。结果治疗15 d以及治疗30 d后患者的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分均明显降低,各时间段的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗15 d以及治疗30 d患者的WOMAC骨关节炎指数评分或临床症状评分均有所降低,各时间段的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗期间,所有患者仅发生3例轻微不良反应,药物不良事件发生率为0.30%。结论应用痛血康胶囊治疗骨关节炎和软组织损伤,能够有效减轻患者的疼痛程度,对于患者关节僵硬以及躯体活动功能具有一定的改善效果,且安全性良好。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Tongxuekang Capsules in the treatment of osteoarthritis and soft tissue injury.Methods A total of 994 patients with primary osteoarthritis and soft tissue injury were selected from 20 outpatient clinics in 10 regions from January to December in 2017.All patients were treated with Tongxuekang Capsules orally.The pain degree of joint pain,the changes of WOMAC osteoarthritis index in patients with osteoarthritis and the changes of clinical symptom scores in patients with soft tissue injury before treatment,15 days after treatment and 30 days after treatmentand were compared.And the adverse reactions during treatment were observed.Results 15 and 30 days after treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of joint pain significantly decreased,and the differences of each time period were statistically significant(P<0.05).15 and 30 days after treatment,the scores of WOMAC osteoarthritis index or clinical symptoms decreased,and the differences of each time period were statistically significant(P<0.05).During the course of treatment,only 3 cases of mild adverse reactions occurred in all patients,and the incidence of adverse drug events was 0.30%.Conclusion The application of Tongxuekang Capsules in the treatment of osteoarthritis can effectively reduce the degree of pain in patients with osteoarthritis and soft tissue injury.It can improve the joint stiffness and the function of somatic activity in patients with osteoarthritis,and the safety is good.
