摘 要:为了解引入河南省内白杜泊羊和白萨福克羊两个绵羊品种的生理机能特性及其在当地的适应性,利用全自动血液生理生化分析仪,分别测定了冬季和春季两个绵羊品种的12项血液生理指标和13项血液生化指标,并对不同季节两品种绵羊组内和组间血液生理生化的各项指标进行了对比分析。结果表明:冬季两绵羊品种血红蛋白含量均高于春季,且杜泊羊血红蛋白含量均高于萨福克羊,同品种公母羊之间差异不显著(P>0.05);春季杜泊羊与萨福克羊血红蛋白含量存在显著差异(P<0.05)。冬季两品种绵羊红细胞总数均低于春季,且两个季节杜泊羊红细胞总数均低于萨福克羊,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。两品种绵羊冬季血糖含量均高于春季,杜泊羊血糖含量在不同季节内均高于萨福克羊,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。两品种绵羊总胆红素、淀粉酶和血清谷丙转氨酶不同季节间差异均极显著(P<0.01)。冬季绵羊血液磷含量高于春季,杜泊羊钠离子浓度低于萨福克羊,且差异显著(P<0.05)。其余各项指标不同季节种间基本无差异。与河南地方绵羊品种及国内其他绵羊品种血液生理生化指标比较,均存在一定差异。In order to understand the physiological function and adaptability of the two sheep breeds in White Dorper sheep and White Suffolk sheep introduced into Henan province,the automatic blood physiological and biochemical analyzer was used to analyze the physiological function and adaptability of the two sheep breeds.Twelve blood physiological indexes and thirteen blood biochemical indexes of two sheep breeds in winter and spring were measured respectively.The indexes of blood physiology and biochemistry in and between groups of two breeds of sheep in different seasons were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the haemoglobin content of two sheep breeds in winter was higher than that of spring,and the content of haemoglobin in Dorper sheep was higher than that in Suffolk sheep,and there was no significant difference between male and female breeds in the same breed(P>0.05).There was a significant difference in hemoglobin content between Dorper sheep and Suffolk sheep in spring(P<0.05).The total number of red blood cells in winter was lower than that in spring,and the total number of red blood cells in both seasons was lower than that in Suffolk,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The blood glucose levels in winter were higher in the two breeds than those in spring,and the blood glucose levels in the Dorper sheep were higher than those in the Suffolk sheep in different seasons,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The biochemical indicators of total bilirubin,amylase and serum alanine aminotransferase in two sheep breeds were significantly different in different seasons(P<0.01).The content of P in winter sheep was higher than that in spring,and the concentration of Na+in Dorper sheep was lower than that in Suffolk sheep,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The rest of the indicators are basically no different between different seasons.Compared with Henan local sheep breeds and other sheep breeds in China,there were some differences in each indicator.
