摘 要:针对以往研究利用指数分布等典型分布导致系统可靠性建模约束条件过于严格的问题,以包含n个单元的温储备可修系统为研究对象,考虑系统具有单一维修台,采用可近似拟合任意分布的Phase-type(PH)分布构建了一种描述能力更强的系统可靠性模型,假设工作单元、备用单元寿命和维修时间分别服从不同的PH分布,得出了系统稳态可用度、系统平均连续工作时间、维修台故障单元到达率等一系列可靠性参数的解析表达式。最后,通过算例分析验证了该方法的正确性和适用性。Considering overly restrictive conditions of system reliability modelling with exponential distribution and other typical distributions in previous studies, a highly descriptive system reliability model is constructed utilizing the phase-type (PH) distribution, which has the ability to fit any distribution approximately, for an N -component warm standby repairable system that has only a single repair platform. Assuming that the life and repair time of operating and standby components are subject to different PH distributions, expressions are obtained for a series of reliability parameters including system steady-state availability, mean time between failures of the system, and failed unit arrival rate of the repair platform. Finally, example analysis is performed to verify the correctness and applicability of this approach.
