摘 要:车轮是跨座式单轨车辆的重要组成部分,且长期受到随时间变化的载荷的作用,由于车轮的破坏大多属于疲劳破坏,本文利用有限元分析方法,建立跨座式单轨车辆铝合金轮辋轮辋的有限元模型,通过hyperworks得出轮辋的应力集中区域以及应力值,然后建立载荷步结合nCode软件对轮辋进行疲劳分析。将疲劳寿命预测结果与试验标准要求进行比较,表明本轮辋满足疲劳设计要求。验证通过有限元方法预测疲劳寿命的有效性,为以后轮辋的优化提供基础。The wheel is an important part of the straddle monorail vehicle,and it is subjected to dynamic load for a long time.Since the wheel damage is mostly fatigue damage,this paper uses the finite element analysis method to establish the finite element model of the aluminum alloy rim of the straddle monorail vehicle.Through the hyperworks,the stress concentration area and stress value of the rim are obtained,and the fatigue life calculation theory and the nCode software are used to predict the fatigue life of the rim.Comparing the fatigue life prediction results with the test standard requirements shows that the rim meets the fatigue design requirements.It verifies the effectiveness of finite element method for predicting fatigue life and provides a basis for future rim optimization.
