马氏体不锈钢光亮淬火工艺及性能的研究

摘  要:采用不同温度对4Cr13马氏体不锈钢进行光亮淬火处理,通过对回火后的金相组织、材料硬度、变形量、剪切力、耐蚀性等各项性能进行研究。结果表明:4Cr13在990~1050℃温度区间淬火后160℃回火,基体组织均为回火马氏体及颗粒状未溶碳化物。随着淬火温度的升高:碳化物溶解增多,马氏体组织增大;材料硬度呈线性增加;变形量逐渐增大;受剪切力强度逐渐降低;耐蚀性比处理前提高明显且随着淬火温度升高而逐渐提高。The light quenching of 4Cr13 martensite stainless steel was carried out at different temperatures,and the properties of metallographic structure,material hardness,deformation,shear force and corrosion resistance after tempering were studied.The results showed that 4Cr13 tempered at 160℃ after quenching at 990℃ to 1050℃,and the matrix tissues were all tempering martensite and granular unsoluble carbon compounds.With the increase of quenching temperature:the dissolution of carbides increased,the martensite tissue increased;The hardness of the material increases linearly;The amount of deformation gradually increases;Shear strength decreases gradually;Corrosion resistance is significantly higher than before treatment and gradually increases with quenching temperature.
