摘　　要：以陕西省为研究区域,对其生态文明建设现状进行描述统计分析,运用数据包络分析(DEA)模型测算其生态文明建设效率水平,结合Tobit模型探讨其影响因素,分析结果表明:2010-2016年间,陕西省生态文明建设效率总体上呈现逐步提高态势,总体效率水平还存在一定的提升空间,各个地市区之间效率水平值有很大差异,环境污染问题仍是影响生态文明建设效率的重要因素。通过效率影响因素分析,提出相关改进方法和措施,为改善陕西省生态文明建设提供专业建议。A statistical analysis is made of the present situation and existing problems of ecological civilization construction in Shaanxi province.By using the DEA model,the efficiency of its ecological civilization construction is comprehensively evaluated.With the Tobit regression,the paper investigates the factors which influence the efficiency.The results are as follows.The efficiency of ecological civilization construction in Shaanxi was on the gradual rise in the years of 2010 through to 2016,there still being a large room for improvement.Efficiency level differs greatly from one region to another.Environmental pollution remains an important factor influencing the efficiency of ecological civilization construction.Finally,based on the analysis,the paper presents methods and measures for improving the efficiency of ecological civilization construction in Shaanxi province.
