摘 要:为从微观层面上分析城市污水厂提标改造过程中臭氧氧化活性污泥减量的效果和原理,以青岛某污水处理厂曝气池污水为研究对象,通过比较臭氧处理前后活性污泥的功能基因变化,结合沉降性能相关参数变化的测定分析结果,探讨了该隐性生长污泥减量技术的特点。臭氧氧化对微丝菌属灭杀作用明显,这是活性污泥减量的主要原因。臭氧能促进Niabella菌群、酸杆菌和TM7菌属生长,这在一定程度上补偿了丝状菌减少导致的有机物降解能力的下降,保证活性污泥整体性能变化不大,但不足的是臭氧氧化会抑制聚磷功能基因,直接影响磷的去除。综合评价以臭氧氧化为代表的隐性生长的污泥减量技术在实际运行中非常有效,可明显改善活性污泥的沉降性,实现活性污泥减量。宏基因组技术是微观层面评价污水厂活性污泥变化的有效手段和方法。To confirm the effect and principle of activated sludge reduction by ozonation at the micro level in the upgrading of sewage treatment plant,some samples were collected from a sewage treatment plant of Qingdao.The characteristics of activated sludge reduction technology in enhanced cryptic growth were investigated by comparing their functional gene changes before and after ozone treatment,combining the parameters related to settleability.The killing effect of ozonation on microfilament bacteria was obvious,which was the main reason for the reduction of activated sludge.The ozonation could promote the growth of Niabella acid and TM7 bacteria,which would partly compensate the ability of organic degradation caused by the decrease of filamentous bacteria and ensure that the change of active sludge performance is very slight.But the ozonation inhibited the functional genes of phosphorus and directly affect phosphorous removal.As a conclusion,the activated sludge reduction technology of enhanced cryptic growth represented by ozone oxidation was very effective in practical operation.It could significantly improve the precipitation and reduce the activated sludge amount.The metagenomic technology is an effective means and method to evaluate the change of activate sludge at the micro level.
