摘 要:简述了当前国内常见的动力煤洗选工艺,介绍了准能选煤厂产品结构及销售情况,对准能选煤厂6 mm及13 mm分级入洗的商品煤水分、煤泥量等指标对比,分析不同洗选工艺初期设备投资、系统运营成本及生产指标情况。认为准格尔矿区新建大型选煤厂采用6 mm预先深度筛分,200~6 mm级原煤浅槽分选机分选,小于6 mm末煤不入洗工艺有利于企业优化产品结构实现提质增效。This paper briefly describes the current thermal coal preparation process in China.The product structure and sales situation are introduced.This paper compares the raw coal screening at 6mm with the raw coal screening at 13mm at the aspects of product moisture,slime quantity,initial equipment investment,system operation cost,the production targets and so on in Zhungeer Energy Coal Preparation Plant.It can be considered that the comprehensive benefit of new large-scale coal preparation plant in Zhungeer Mine Area is reasonable when raw coal is screened at 13 mm to obtain 200~13 mm overflow separated in vessel and 13~0 mm underflow transported directly to the product silo.
