摘 要:推进能源生产革命,构建清洁低碳、安全高效的能源体系是未来我国能源发展的必由之路。煤炭是我国主要的一次能源,是我国能源稳定与安全的基础。山西是我国煤炭大省,也是国家的能源基地,做好新时代山西煤炭地质工作,保证山西的煤炭能源供应,对推进全国能源生产和消费革命,构建清洁低碳、安全高效的能源体系具有重要意义。山西首先应大力发展绿色勘查,摸清全省的煤炭科学产能和绿色煤炭资源家底,保障全省乃至全国的绿色煤炭需求量。第二,树立综合勘查理念,大力发展绿色勘查技术和绿色开发技术,建立绿色煤炭资源勘查评价体系,推进煤与煤系气、煤系共伴生矿产、煤系水资源的共同勘查协同评价,逐步推进煤炭资源的精细勘查,为下一步煤炭的精准开发奠定基础。第三,创新煤炭地质保障技术,在煤炭水文精细勘查方面,矿山垂直救援方面,矿区生态环境治理生态修复、沉陷区治理与闭坑矿井的资源化利用方面做好地质服务保障,为建设绿色矿山做好地质服务。Promoting energy production revolution and building a clean,low-carbon,safe and efficient energy system are the only way for China’s energy development in the future.Coal is the main primary energy source of China,and the basis of energy stability and security of China.Shanxi is a major coal province and the energy base of China.It is of great significance to do well in Shanxi coal geology work in the New Era and to ensure Shanxi’s coal energy supply for promoting the national energy production and consumption revolution and building a clean,low-carbon,safe and efficient energy system.First of all,Shanxi should vigorously develop green geological prospecting,find out the scientific capacity of coal and the background of green coal resources in the whole province,and guarantee the demand for green coal in the whole province and even in the whole country.Second,establishing a comprehensive exploration concept,developing green exploration &development technology,establishing the green coal resources exploration and evaluation system,promoting the joint exploration and collaborative evaluation of coal and gas,coal-associated minerals,coal-water resources,and gradually promoting the fine exploration of coal resources,so as to provide basis for the next step of coal precision.Third,innovating the technology of coal geological guaranteeing and providing geological supportability service in the aspect of fine coal hydrological exploration,vertical mine rescue,ecological control restoration in mining area,subsidence control and resource utilization of closed mines.
