摘 要:以矿区循环经济为基础,基于产业共生的角度对矿区能源-经济-环境(3E)系统的协调度进行研究。建立了矿区能源-经济-环境系统综合评价指标体系,利用主成分分析和模糊系统隶属度函数测算系统协调度水平。测算了准能矿区能源-经济-环境系统的协调度并进行分析,借助环境库兹涅茨曲线分析了该矿区3E系统的协调度发展阶段建设重点及问题,并对发现的问题提出建议。研究结果表明,准能集团所属矿区3E系统的协调度处于第二阶段,验证了发展产业共生模式、物质循环利用技术和固体废弃物利用处理技术对提高能源-经济-环境系统协调水平的有效性。Based on the circular economy of the mining area,the perspective based on industrial symbiosis studied the coordination degree of the energy-economy-environment(3 E)system in mining area.A comprehensive evaluation index system for the energy-economyenvironment system in mining areas was established,and the degree of system coordination was obtained by principal component analysis and fuzzy system membership function.The case system and the coordination level of each subsystem were analyzed.The coordination degree of the 3 Esystem of mining area was analyzed by the environmental Kuznets curve,and the suggestions for the problems found were put forward.Research results showed that the coordination degree of the 3 Esystem of the mining area of Zhunneng Group was in the second stage,which verified the effectiveness of developing industrial symbiosis mode,material recycling technology and solid waste utilization treatment technology to improve the coordination level of 3 Esystem.
