摘  要:目前,随着国家大力推行生态文明城市的建设,移动式防洪系统广泛应用于城市防洪基础建设中。因此,如何更为科学的选择移动式防洪系统成为了现在需要解决的关键问题。本文根据已有研究,并结合项目特点,以移动式防洪系统安全、成本、特性、应急为基础构建移动式防洪系统选择指标体系,并利用TOPSIS模型对移动式防洪系统进行评价选择。本文在计算模型权重时采用熵权法计算指标权重,降低了选择过程中的主观性,使得选择结果具有一定的客观性。At present,as the country vigorously promote the construction of ecological civilization city,mobile flood control system is widely used in urban flood control infrastructure.Therefore,It is the key problem that needs to be solved to choose mobile flood control system more scientifically now.Based on the existing research and combining with the characteristics of the project,this paper constructs the selection index system of mobile flood control system based on the safety,cost,characteristics and emergency,and uses TOPSIS model to evaluate and select the mobile flood control system.In this paper,it uses the entropy weight method to calculate the priority of the index weight in the calculation of the priority of the model,thus reducing the subjectivity in the selection process,so that making the selection result has certain objectivity.
