沈氏“项八针”从阳论治颈椎病理论浅析

摘　　要："项八针"防治颈椎病技术是沈卫东教授多年临床经验,是上海市中医药事业发展三年行动计划-海派中医流派(杨氏针灸)传承研究基地建设项目,获得中华中医药学会首批民间中医药特色诊疗项目。沈教授在临床中发现,阳气的变化对颈椎病的发生及发展起着重要的作用,其通过多年临床选穴以及疗法验证,总结形成了以"从阳论治"理论为基础的"项八针"防治颈椎病的诊疗方案。项八针:颈部两侧C_2、C_4、C_6(第2、4、6颈椎骨,Cervical Vertebra)棘突下,后正中线旁开2寸的阿是穴、哑门穴及大椎穴。Shen’s Neck-Eight-Acupuncture treating cervical spondylosis is clinical experience of Professor Shen,and three year plan of action for the development of traditional Chinese medicine in Shanghai.Neck-eight-acupuncture achieve the first batch of folk TCM characteristic diagnosis and treatment project of China Association of traditional Chinese medicine.Professor Shen findings Yang is very important to treating cervical spondylosis.The theory of treatment program about prevention and treatment of cervical spondylosis diagnosis by regulating Yang was summarized by years of clinical acupoint selection and treatment validation.Shen’s Neck-Eight-Acupuncture contains 6 Ashi,Yamen,and Dazhui.Ashi are belocated bilateral sides of the neck belowing C2,4,6 spinal processes and 2 Cun away from posterior midline.
