摘　　要：目的利用PDCA工具探讨公众心肺复苏培训平台的建设,提高公众急救知识水平以及心肺复苏质量。方法利用PDCA方法调查本地区公众心肺复苏情况,对存在的问题进行分析研究、找出原因、制定改进措施、实施质量改进,并对培训效果进行统计分析,建立公众心肺复苏专业的培训平台。结果公众心肺复苏培训平台的建立可明显提高公众急救知识水平以及心肺复苏质量(P <0.001)。结论公众心肺复苏专业的培训平台可以达到很好的急救科普知识宣传效果,提升市民急救意识以及心肺复苏质量,有利于提高公众参与院前急救的意识和急救服务水平。Objective:To explore the construction of public cardiopulmonary resuscitation training platform by using PDCA tool to improve first-aid knowledge and the quality of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Methods:The public cardiopulmonary resuscitation in the area was investigated with PDCA method,and the existing problems were analyzed to find the reasons and take measures to make improvements.The training effect was statistically analyzed for the establish of the training platform for public cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Results:The establishment of public cardiopulmonary resuscitation training platform could significantly improve the public first aid knowledge and the quality of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Public cardiopulmonary resuscitation training platform can well popularize first-aid knowledge,improve the level of public first-aid consciousness and the quality of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,and improve the awareness and emergency service level of public participation in prehospital care.
