摘 要:以银边山菅兰、金边草露兜、红叶白茅、星光草、金叶石菖蒲5种湿地植物为研究材料,分别用淡水(对照)、0.20%、0.40%、0.60%、1.00%和1.50%NaCl溶液进行水培,研究了这5种湿地植物的耐盐生理特性。结果显示:在NaCl溶液浓度低于0.40%下,各试验植物的存活率较高,但在盐浓度0.60%下受盐害程度开始加重;在NaCl溶液浓度1.0%胁迫下,金边草露兜和红叶白茅的盐害率较低,存活率较高,叶片含水量下降幅度和相对电导率上升幅度较小,地上部分的Na^+/K^+较其它植物低,展示出较好的耐盐特性。Five kinds of hygrophilous plants(Dianella ensifolia,Pandanus pygmaeu,Imperata cylindrical,Rhynchospora colorata and Acorus gramineus)were cultivated with freshwater(CK)and 0.20%,0.40%,0.60%,1.00%,1.50%NaCl solutions,respectively,and their salinity-tolerant physiological characteristics were studied.The results showed that:the experimental plants had higher survival rate when the concentration of NaCl solution was below 0.40%;while these plants were seriously injured by salt stress when the concentration of NaCl solution was over 0.60%;under the stress of 1.0%NaCl solution,Pandanus pygmaeu and Imperata cylindrical had lower salt-damage rate,higher survival rate,smaller descend range of leaf water content,smaller increase range of leaf relative conductivity,and lower Na^+/K^+in aboveground part than other plants,exhibiting better salinity-tolerant physiological characteristics.
