摘  要:四川盆地高陡构造带铁山气田南区块储层低孔渗、非均质性强、气水关系复杂,纵向上多压力系统分布、生产系统管理缺乏完整性、面临安全环保风险大等技术难题,总结出一套提高气田的整体开发效益方法 :(1)在开发过程中严格执行气田开发纲要,建立全方位立体动态跟踪研究体系;(2)采气工艺和地面工程系统配套、先进适用、高效低耗,气田水回注系统完善;(3)采用"一井两层"、柱塞气举、智能检测等新工艺、新技术。结果证明气田开发、调整方案执行良好,指标符合程度高,各气藏整体开采均衡,稳产能力强,单井产能高,年产气超3×10~8 m^3达15年,累计采气83.98×10~8 m^3。In southern block of Tieshan gasfield located at high and steep structure belt in Sichuan Basin,most reservoirs are characterized by low porosity and permeability,strong heterogeneity,complex gas-water relationship,and multiple pressure systems existing in vertical,all bringing about incomplete production management,and great safety and environmental risk.So,a set of measures to improve overall development benefits were made for this field,including(1)to implement development outlines,and to establish a full-scale three-dimensional dynamic follow-up research system,(2)to further perfect the complete,advanced and applicable gas-producing process and surface engineering system,and to improve gasfield-water reinjection system,and(3)to adopt new technologies,e.g."two layers in single well",plunger lifting,and intelligent detection.Results show that field development and adjustment schemes are accomplished well and their degree of index conformity is high.And eventually,overall development achieves balance,production-stabilizing ability is strong,and single-well productivity is high;moreover,gas production over 3×10^8m^3/a lasts for 15 years,and cumulative production achieves 83.98×10^8 m^3.
