摘 要:塔里木盆地迪那2气田出现了不同程度的井筒堵塞问题,油压、产量急剧下降,严重影响了气田的有效开发。为了解决高压气井井筒堵塞问题,开展了井筒堵塞物化验分析,明确了堵塞物类型为地层砂+垢+铁屑。针对堵塞物的特点,开展了解堵液优选研究,优选出了关键的螯合剂,形成了两种解堵液体系:(1) 8%弱酸A2+3%HF+5%螯合剂CA-5;(2) 3%HF+10%螯合剂CA-5。具有溶蚀率高、解堵效果好、耐高温、耐腐蚀、配伍性好等特点。通过油管挤注解堵液成功实现了高压气井的井筒解堵,为迪那2气田井筒解堵提供了重要的技术支撑。A problem of wellbore plugging occurred in Dina 2 gasfield,Tarim Basin,resulting in sharp decline of both tubing pressure and production rate to further affect an effective development.So,wellbore blockage was experimentally analyzed for those gas wells with high pressure.Results show that the blockage is composed of formation sand,scale,and iron fillings.Then,based on blockage characteristics,plugging remover was investigated and optimized,the key chelating agent was optimized,and eventually two plugging remover systems were developed,i.e.,8%weak acid A2+3%HF+5%chelating agent CA-5,and 3%HF+10%chelating agent CA-5.These systems are advantageous with high dissolving rate,good plugging removal effect,high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance,and good compatibility.The plugging removal has been successfully realized by injecting plugging remover through tubing.Results may provide an important technical support for wellbore plugging removal in Dina 2 gasfield.
