扶阳健脾法在晚期胃癌治疗中的应用观察及对患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中药扶阳健脾法在晚期胃癌治疗中的应用价值及对患者生活质量的影响。方法方便选取该院120例晚期胃癌患者(2015年1月—2017年6月间收治)进行观察研究,按随机数表法将患者分组:常规组(n=60)、干预组(n=60),常规组进行常规化疗,干预组进行健脾扶正汤配合化疗,总结两种治疗方案对患者疗效及预后的影响。结果干预组治疗后中医证候积分(12.5±1.4)分明显低于常规组(14.1±1.2)分,KPS评分(81.3±2.1)分、CD4+(40.3±3.8)%、CD3+(60.2±6.8)%、生活质量评分(70.5±6.8)分明显高于常规组(75.2±2.3)分、(35.2±4.3)%、(56.2±5.6)%、(62.2±6.2)分(t=10.328,P=0.000;t=20.544,P=0.000;t=9.187,P=0.000;t=5.533,P=0.000;t=10.370,P=0.000)。干预组患者不良反应发生率1.67%明显低于常规组13.33%(χ2=5.886,P=0.015)。干预组1年生存率96.67%明显高于常规组80.00%(χ2=8.086,P=0.004)。结论在晚期胃癌治疗中应用中药扶阳健脾法治疗可提升患者治疗效果,改善患者免疫功能及生活质量。Objective To explore the application value of Chinese medicine Fuyang Jianpi method in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer and its impact on patients' quality of life.Methods 120 patients with advanced gastric cancer (from January 2015 to June 2017) were convenient selected in the hospital.Patients were grouped according to the random number table: routine group (n=60) and intervention group (n=60).In the conventional group,conventional chemotherapy was performed,and the intervention group was treated with Jianpi Fuzheng Decoction combined with chemotherapy,and the effects of the two treatment regimens on the efficacy and prognosis of the patients were summarized.Results The scores of TCM syndromes (12.5±1.4)points in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group (14.1±1.2)points,KPS score (81.3±2.1)points,CD4^+(40.3±3.8)%,CD3^+(60.2±6.8)%,quality of life score (70.5±6.8) points were significantly higher than the conventional group (75.2 ± 2.3) points,(35.2 ± 4.3)%,(56.2±5.6)%,(62.2±6.2) points (t=10.328,P=0.000; t=20.544,P=0.000; t=9.187,P=0.000; t=5.533,P=0.000; t=10.370,P=0.000).The incidence of untoward effects in the intervention group was 1.67%,which was significantly lower than that in the conventional group 13.33%(χ^2=5.886,P=0.015).The 1-year survival rate of the intervention group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the conventional group 80.00%(χ^2=8.086,P=0.004).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine Fuyang Jianpi therapy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer can improve the therapeutic effect of patients and improve the immune function and quality of life of patients.
