探讨水囊配合缩宫素点滴应用于足月妊娠引产的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究临床足月妊娠引产中应用水囊配合缩宫素静脉滴注的效果。方法方便选择该院2016年6月—2018年2月中的178例足月妊娠需要引产的孕妇进行研究,按照孕妇接受引产的不同方式进行分组,观察组89例孕妇接受水囊配合缩宫素点滴方式引产,对照组89例孕妇单一接受缩宫素静脉滴注引产,比较两组引产效果。结果观察组引产一次成功率为96.63%,明显高于对照组引产一次成功率82.02%(χ2=9.957 6,P=0.001 6);观察组在引产6、12 h Bishop评分明显高于对照组,疼痛VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组阴道分娩率为85.39%,剖宫产率为4.61%,均优于对照组阴道分娩率69.66%,剖宫产率30.34%(χ2=6.320 3,P=0.011 9)。结论水囊配合缩宫素点滴应用于足月妊娠引产能够提升引产成功率,减轻引产导致的疼痛感,可在临床推广。Objective To study the effect of using water sac combined with oxytocin in the induction of labor in term pregnancy.Methods A total of 178 pregnant women who required induction of labor in the full-term pregnancy from June 2016 to February 2018 were conveniently enrolled in the study.The pregnant women were divided into different groups according to the different methods of induction of labor.The observation group of 89 pregnant women received water sac and oxytocin,inoculation was induced by drip method.89 pregnant women in the control group received a single intravenous infusion of oxytocin to induce labor induction.Results The success rate of induction of labor in the observation group was 96.63%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group of 82.02%(χ^2=9.957 6,P=0.001 6).The Bishop score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group at 6 hours and 12 hours.The VAS score of pain was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The vaginal delivery rate of the observation group was 85.39%,and the cesarean section rate was 4.61%,which was better than the control group.The vaginal delivery rate was 69.66%,and the cesarean section rate was 30.34%(χ^2= 6.320 3,P=0.011 9).Conclusion The application of water sac combined with oxytocin in the induction of labor in term pregnancy can improve the success rate of induction of labor and reduce the pain caused by induction of labor.It can be promoted in clinic.
